Towers of Time Progression Wall (Help Me)

I was just doing the Character Tower in TOT for Shang Tsung to get his Intros, Skins, Gear Fatality's etc.
Only to find that my nephew didn't meet the Uppercut and Throw requirements so I'm stuck and can't do the last tower and I can't restart it. I tried changing the character tower and going back to Shangs and it was saves from its last point so I'm locked and can't get any of his cosmetics and intros/outros.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

go do the requirements in any tower as shang. it'll still count up.

Outside of that character tower? Because all the towers on Shangs are locked

Yea go klassic do survive on easy or very easy
