Top 3 Characters That Need Buffs and Nerfs ASAP in Your Opinion

Your circumstances are dire!
Hmm let's see.

Slight nerfs:
Johnny: Tone down his plus frames or give him a FB gap and make his B34 string not low profile.
Kabal: Give him some FB gaps and make his air projectile punishable, just like jades
Buluc kotal: More startup time to his totems
Liu Kang: Tone down his zoning a little bit.
Terminator: I want his mix to be more reactable.
Scrub zero: Slower F2 and dial in.
Baraka: Slightly less damage on his KB.
Jacqui: No need to explain why :oops:

Buffs:
Kitana: Buff her damage and remove the dial in strings.
Skarlet: Needs many changes IMO, Eddy posted a nice thread the other day.
Raiden: Frame data changes but don't go overboard because he can be really oppressive with his TP.
Kano: Give him faster frames so he can play the neutral and fuck his D1.
Jade: Buff her damage and rework her KB.

I know you asked for three to be buffed/nerfed but for me as a Shang Tsung main I’d love to see his second tournament variation: Spellmaster receive a buff.

It’s sad when you have a hard time finding a YouTube video or tech of a variation because nobody uses it or talks about it.

Buff Squander and SPECIFICALLY Squander, not Kollector's normals or anything of that nature V1 and V2 are perfectly fine as is.

I'd like to see the old startup on WQT return but everything else kept as is (2 slot, Roll KB and frames on block) and something done to Relic Lure so that it's useful to use.

Nerf:

Johnny. B3 normal basically has armor on it and reaches 1/3 the screen on dash buffer, eating up any normal you throw at him while he does it in neutral. It's broken af.
Jacqui. Completely annihilate upgraded, this isn't a superhero game, keep that shit for crappy DC fighter part 3
Geras. He does not need 3-4 easy 30% KBs, he just doesn't. We're so attenuated to how busted he was, that we think he's dead now, but he got nerfed from like top 3 to top 5, big deal he's still OP.


Buff:
Make all "block late" or totally stupid KB requirements more accessible and kindergarden-friendly like Geras, Sub Zeros, Jax's.
Kano: He just needs help, being able to duck outta his mid string is dumb lol.
Skarlet: Speed her teleport back to pre-patch speed, add parry to base kit, or remove some gaps or add some more useful strings.

I agree with everything, but Johnny's B3 should stay the way it is imo. It's a really good whiff punisher, maybe the fact that it low profiles is a bit much tho. Not sure it low profiles everything but I can see how frustrating that is.
