After the last patch, there have been many changes. Many of the characters have new possibilities. Offer to determine the top 10 overall vote.
Special attention to the following characters:
-Jacqui
-Sub-Zero
-Shinnok
-Reptile
-Takeda
-Tremor
-D'Vorah(more venomous + krawler changes)

It was hard not picking Sonya in my top ten. She's top 10 for most annoying and I could easily put her at #10.

She's online top 5, but actually being able to fuzzy her bs makes her upper mid tier material offline.
