Organized by our playa Blackula n' Jaimie Cheek (Aim fo' tha Da Feet), ToTFCz is roughly bi-monthly -- tha next event, ToTFC 4, will take place on Oct. 5th. Da tourney is held at Club Relevant, which be a relatively freshly smoked up venue dat holdz regular noize concerts along wit gamin events, n' it joins a growin rosta of tournaments n' locals along tha VA/MD/NC axis. In addizzle ta ECT balla Tomothy Brady, whoz ass stopped by on Saturdizzle ta join up in tha action, tha surprise of tha weekend was Flash playa Sid tha Haze, a Portsmouth local whoz ass was all up in tha second edizzle of ToTFC. This time, he put Chronos n' Blackula tha fuck into weak-ass muthafuckas, n' eliminated Supamayne mainstay Fuerte on his way ta Grand Finals.
It wouldn't be a exaggeration ta say dat dis was, at times, a shitload of tha dopest Flash gameplay we've peeped ta date fo' realz. After a pimped out back-and-forth match between Sid n' Blackula up in which Sid pressured Blackulaz Lantern relentlessly, Sid n' Brady kicked it wit up in Winners Finals. When tha set opened, Brady looked mad comfortable, denyin Sid any chizzle ta git up in n' makin phat use of tha range afforded by Aquamanz trident. Da first game was a quick victory fo' Tom; n' although Sid managed ta git a cold-ass lil couple openings up in Game 2, Aquamanz trait denied his ass any payoff, preventin his ass from stringin together any dope damage. With playaz cheerin his ass on from tha background, Sid adjusted his buttons before tha 3rd match (as he apparently had configuration thangs up in tha straight-up original gangsta two games). With every last muthafuckin thang back up in order, tha 3rd match was straight-up close, until Sid hit Tomothy wit a pair of lows ta take tha win. I aint talkin' bout chicken n' gravy biatch. By game 4, Sid was pickin up momentum, n' fuckin started ta smutha Tomothy wit Flashz pressure, lockin his ass down up in tha corner n' shit. But some immaculate spacin n' some timely mixups by Tomothy eventually brought his ass back tha fuck into contention fo' tha lead, n' da thug was able ta keep Sid at bay n' eventually chip his ass up fo' tha win.
In Grand Finals tha two would hook up again, n' wit Sidz buttons up in hustlin order from tha get-go, tha set was much mo' competitizzle from tha start. Tomothy controlled tha ground well n' grabbed a early lead up in Game one yo, but Sid did a phat thang of controllin tha airspace n' caught Tomothy leavin tha ground all dem times ta even up tha match. With Tomothy ultimately forced ta save his dirty ass wit a losin clash, Sid waited patiently n' found a opportunitizzle ta chip his ass up fo' tha win. I aint talkin' bout chicken n' gravy biatch. Tomothy stormed back up in a quick Game 2, landin nearly every last muthafuckin thang ta finish tha match up in bout 30 secondz of game time, n' endin wit a nasty meter-burned b3 tha fuck into a stage transition. I aint talkin' bout chicken n' gravy biatch. Game 3 looked phat fo' Tomothy as well, as he varied his thugged-out lil' heat n' kept Sid from gettin laid back n' ended tha match on a cold-ass lil convincin note. But playin patiently, Sid went up by bout 150% game up in tha 4th game, outspacin Tom, baitin whiffs n' hardly givin Aquaman any chizzle ta breathe. Right back up in yo muthafuckin ass. Staggerin his strings, Sid kept Tomothy guessin n' continued ta whittle down his wild lil' freakadelic game fo' tha win.
With tha set tied 2-2 n' Sid havin ta win or bounce back ta tha doggy den, tha Flash playa continued ta battle early up in tha 5th match; but Tomothy kept his cool, takin some key opportunitizzles ta punish Sid fo' mistakes. With Sid fervently tryin ta make his way in, Tomothy took advantage of his wild lil' fuckin eagernizz ta battle by interruptin his thugged-out lil' heat n' jump-ins wit a fuckin shitload of d2z fo' realz. And wit Sid reeling, on his fuckin last bit of game n' tryin ta readjust, Tomothy went on tha offensive, squashin any hopez of a late-game comeback n' earnin his dirty ass tha tournament victory.
Da win up in Virgina endz a tournament drought fo' Tom; n' wit other playas havin leveled up hella up in recent months, da thug will no diggity be lookin ta prove his crazy-ass mettle against a shitload of tha gamez finest at Summer Jam. Da Flash has been lookin mo' betta n' mo' betta wit each patch dat goes by; n' wit nuff of his thugged-out advocates quick ta identify his ass as a Top 5 character, there be a shitload of eyes on his ass as his schmoooove ass continues ta make his way farther n' farther tha fuck into tournament brackets, n' you can put dat on yo' toast.
