haha i tagged him in a post after MLG, no reply :S It would really help the people searching day and night for the toasty boosts Check JAP Rip Torn Konqrr and myself (to a lesser extent) because, even if Skarlet's is known, substantial testing must still be done for the other DLC

Neither Kano nor CSZ toasty boosts have been found either yet.

It could just be coincidence that those 2, plus all 4 DLC are the ones remaining.

Well yippy! Lemme know when skarlet is found lol. Even though it almost never happens.

There might be more to the randomness that is yet to be discovered too. I remember check talking about 'where forden is hiding in the stage' that the stage and stage position has something to do with it.
