From the trailer it sounds like TJ now has regular arms. He says, "I took the easy route." probably referring to his cybernetic arms. Looks like he has some sort of chi based powers or something to augment his punches.

Also TJ makes since as the first character since he appears to be the "balanced" character of season two like Jago was from Season 1. Except Jago was rushdown with a little bit of zoning while TJ is rushdown with a little bit of grappling. I bet he is going to be pretty good sorta of like a Makoto like character in KI, but with walkspeed.

New content is always good. I was a little disappointed in his graphical design though. Maybe it's just me, but his model doesn't appear to have as high quality textures as the rest of the cast. His throws and combos looks good though.

I actually like the new design. He looks less like the Tyson-copy that they were sorta going for whit Balrog in Street Fighter (face uglier than a can of dog food)
