i think drafting should be redone, not via Pm but like on Trmk chatbox where people are updated on the same time. That being said, leaders position should be changed.

Round 1 and 2 is serpentine draft: Round 1 goes first to last then Round 2 goes last to first. Third round is randomized. You haven't been drafted yet.
