Hey guys. Just wanted to say what's up & it's been a while since I've seen some of you. I have some changes going on in my life right now. But I wanted to ask if anyone was going to KIT & Final Round next year & if anyone was down to travel with your boy. Carpooling, hotel etc. Pretty soon, I'll be able to travel up Knoxville's way more often (if I don't have to move away sooner or later).

Good to see & hear from you all again

Yo. Me and @Kroaken have debated going to one next year, but not sure if life is gonna get in the way of it again lol.

If we ever get a knoxville weekly consistently going someone better let me know so i can try to drive out xD

We had MAGMA once a year and usually all the local players showed up for it, But it got cancelled after the wildfires. Shame we don't have a bigger scene out here. Only like 6-7 people who actually play and almost no one meets up anymore.

Scene is bigger than you think if you count each part of TN. There’s us on the East. The Chattanooga Metropolitan Area & the Knoxville Metropolitan area. Cherny Volk is closer to you than I am. We got a fighting game group called the Chattanooga Fightclub with the local scene.

Middle consists of Gweedo, Keebleh, & several others. Desjah Rae. Middle has a lot more players actually. Nashville Metropolitan Area

West Tn has Max Ninja & thensome. They may be out there. Just haven’t popped up or spread apart but don’t know where to look. The Memphis & Jackson Metropolitan area.

Yeah if you count the whole state its big, but thats pretty much everywhere. I'm not driving 3 hours for a weekly probably though lol.

Our area we had @Kroaken , @EMPR_MURK , Echo , Pickard, Oakiess, Silenthero, @EntropicByDesign , @AGRxShiroKuma , and maybe a few others that are all within a hours drive or so. Some people have moved now though or dropped the game so not as many anymore.

Where is Volk at?

It's all so very confusing.
Yeah , I'm in Lexington, ky. So SORT OF centrally located. Lousiville has a bit of an FGC but I think it's mostly Capcom and from my attempts at getting involved a while ago, it's mostly cliques who aren't terribly welcoming or interested in new people - unless you already know them. The couple things I went to were textbook studies in awkward ass evenings.

Not too bad. About like a 3 to 5 hour drive from where I am. Could set something up every once in a while, but I think it would be more convenient for you to hit up the Middle TN players before me & I'd actually meet over there since I go every once in a while. They're closer & you would get to them in Nashville, Spring Field, Franklin & Murfreesboro before you would reach Marion or Hamilton County.

Yeah. I wish the lousiville scene hadn't been a wash. That had potential.

The only people that I know from KY who would come to hang out would be Nereus & Silver Forte. I usually talk to Nereus since me & him are pretty close friends. He was grinding MKX & Injustice 2 heavily when it 1st came out. I'm not sure if Injustice is on his regiment of games now, he's been playing Marvel, Tekken (so do I), & KOF but I'll talk him down & see if I can help you out a bit. Forte I haven't talked to in a few months, but he plays just about anything. So if I see him around, I'll tell him about you. They both live close to Louisville. Nereus stays in Shelbyville. Not exactly sure where Forte stays. Ratiz is another guy who plays a lot of fighting games, too, but I'm not sure how serious he is about playing Injustice. I can talk to him as well.

If not, then we can always adjust. :)
