This isn't exactly a reset in the ways people are talking about... but...

If Sindel does a 311 flight instant air fireball, it will prevent the opponent from doing a wakeup move. They are forced to block the projectile. This can be done while standing or if the opponent is in a juggle state. For example: b3f2 scream jip 311 FIAF.

I'm a bit confused on what people are counting as a reset. It seems like Sindel's scream can be considered one based on the suggestions I've seen in this thread. It can be comboed into in the air and the new ex version makes that even easier to do now. It could be used as a way to deny a wake up and there is so much time to do a mixup afterward. For example, Sindel can do a D4 after a scream to guarantee a 44 (with or without a df3). The opponent is only able to block in that situation. I'm not exactly sure how useful that'll be but it's an option I guess. 44 is 0 on block but 44 df3 pushes Sindel back to a safer distance.

You could also use the stun from scream to give you enough time to dash back, full levitate and do fireball dash fireball for two guarantee'd unbreakable hits and the opponent is still standing afterward.

Using levitate cancels during strings works too. example: 111 levitate cancel dash grab.

that 311 fiaf thing sounds intresting,forgive me but my sindel knowledge isnt the best,does 311 cause a knock down?
does the fiaf snuff the wake up or work in the way reptiles reset works where if the opp blocks hes left staning if he doesnt he takes the hit?

yea scream,added there, is there still that thing where if 2 screams are used in same combo even if one ex the the second will cause knockdown?

Yeah, two screams in the same combo will always knock the player to the ground.

A normal 311 allows the opponent to do a wakeup and recover. If you do 311 flight instant air fireball the opponent must block or he'll take a hit. Wake ups won't work. The combo I originally mentioned though only seems to work when close to or right at the corner. That's not quite the positioning Sindel would want if she's zoning. However, a b3f2 scream jip 311 FIAF does prevent a wakeup at all times (but you sacrifice 8% damage) and launches the opponent to the opposite end of the screen.

Yeah, I figured the visual aid would help. I noticed you added the d4 into 44 thing. The d4 must hit the opponent in order for that trick to work. I wouldn't really count it. It doesn't really put her in a favorable position or in one that's even advantageous. It's kind of just a mixup thing. I only mentioned it since it'll work after a scream (and you can do literally anything after one...)

JIP 21 Freeze JIP U4Teleport put's him in stagger state because of the U4 and the teleport make's gives you frame advantage so you can keep on the pressure.

But the oppenent must be standing.

that is not a reset,look eariler in posts for the explanation of a reset
if anything it belongs in the safe jump thread,that is if it has enough adv for a jip

i think this is a pretty good reset... although cyber has better options but itss good to throw in once in a while

to me a reset is something that resets the damage scale and gives u advantage to go into another combo/throw/wateva and prevents wakeups

if a reset is guranteed, then its broken

Depends what you guys wanna call a reset. I'd say its a move that ends a juggle with the other guy on their feet, but they must have left the floor in the first place, needs to give frame advantage aswell otherwise whats the use unless it does more damage? Things like Mileenas neckbite/Sektors flame, even though it puts you standing she gets no advantage from it so its got no real use imo (unless a Mileena player wants to gimme a reason)

Things like Scorpions F21Teleport is a reset and Quan Chi 11Trance are other examples of what I'd call a reset

with the way u describe a reset. d3 could be reset,gives slight advantage on hit,cant wake up from it and the next hit is not scaled

u4 doesnt cause a knockdown so u cant get a reset, frame adv for pressure sure but it is not a reset,its a pressure trick

about the broken comment, baraka can f4 out of any juggle to reset,same as kabal, thats not broken, its only guaranteed for you know timing that why resets are awesome

U4 teleport doesn't cause knockdown if the oppenent is standing on the ground.

Jade's b2 (Rising pole) resets - 4/3/boomerang/12 after rising pole sets the opponent on his feet preventing any wake-ups, although this reset has some differences from the other resets like f4. For more info check Jade's forum :)
