It looks like it is some sort of team match going on. So who is going to this? I would love to but I would need a stick to use since I have an Xbox and can not play on a pad.

By the way Battle and Brew is very close to my house in Marietta and they should be having a MK tourney in September. Please find them on FB and keep asking them. I ask every month and when the SF league ends in August we should have our chance. If we can get enough interest perhaps MK can be cool enough to get a league as well. I would love a play MK while drinking a few beers with everyone. Especially since I can walk home.

i will probably go to this ATL Revival to play casuals, but i'm not sure if i'm interested in trying to play in the [exclusively] team tournament. i'm not a fan of disappointing my partner if i fuck something up. makes me feel like a bad person.

Battle and Brew is real close to me too (why the fuck isn't everyone in this thread playing more together!?) and is a super nice venue for stuff. i will pester them about MK too.

Hey guys, A.R.K. IV is coming up September 17th-18th in Jacksonville, AR! We are expecting ~200 people with games such as SSF4:AE, SF 3S:OE, Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, Mortal Kombat 9, Melee, Brawl, BB:CS II, and more! Competitors are coming in from at least 6-7 several states to compete!

Note that our tournament is working on securing sponsorships from well known companies which will each be providing additional prizes and bonus pots for our tournaments. The Traveling Circus has expressed interest as of this time. Also, well-known regional modder DaRabidDuckie will be on hand to provide dual mods (PS3 <-> 360) for fight sticks.

Impact Clash is tempting, but I barely made it to FinalRound this year.. Oh! Hi, I am from Dalton and MK just more or less got off the ground in the scene up here. A rather unknown scene that is around 5-10 or so strong, but we are divided on where and when we meet.

I am very excited about this. I have or will be bringing the following on Thursday 9/15.

Xbox 360
ASUS Evo Monitor
Laptop for stream. I also have a HD webcam that may be helpful.
2 Xbox Wired controllers
2 PS2 Dual Shock pads with 2 Xconverters so the PS2 pads can be used with Xbox

This should be very hype with already a lot of good players confirmed. We can hopefully work out a day next week as well, for a IC prep stream.

i live pretty much within a mile of KSU. i'm only in town monday-wed pretty much so i guess i don't have much spare time to do offlines, but if you ever get the chance i would be thrilled to do some with an actual good player for once.

edit: also, any word on whether impact clash is gonna be played on PS3 or 360? i assume PS3, but there's always hope for me i guess
