Just saw this thread. I'm in Absecon if anyone is close. Me and a couple friends were going to try and make it to ECT but registration is almost up and I haven't even talked to them about it. And the controller restriction is a bummer. I don't play ps3 and don't have a ps3 compatible stick/pad, so no ECT for me :( Ah well. If any one is down for some games, shoot me a friend request and hit me up.

I'm a regular SSF4/MK9 player I live in Manalapan (Central NJ right next to Freehold) If anyone knows of a scene in that area please post it here (while I Kontinue to look for one myself)

I have 8OTB for SSF4/AE but I'm looking for at least a weekly MK9 spot.

If your going to ECT, send me a pm & Ill text u my cell #. Ill be there with [DES] xThomahawk & the south jersey crew. We got 2 hotel rooms, but my room will be MK only :) Since there is a few guys trying to get stuff going in northern NJ, it would be cool to all meetup & get some matches. Ill have 3 setups running in my room, hit me up!

How about we start with a list of Jersey Players and start to organize a meeting place bi-weekly for MK9 let the rest of the world know how strong jersey is in MK9

were trying to meet up friday nights at local battles every friday. We've posted in the northern nj thread about it.

I'm also trying to get mk9 tournaments going at 8 on the break in dunellen NJ. that's a work in progress right now.

Hi guys originally im from Raleigh NC but i will be moving to Bellmawr NJ soon. So where do u guys hold sessions and how far away will i be? Also, what other games do u guys play?

Bellmawr is almost 2 hours away from the North Jersey sessions. Good news is its only 10 mins away from Blackwood, NJ where the Body Shop sessions/tournaments are held. Thats really all I know about the South Jersey scene, you should hit up [DES] xThomahawk for more info.

Hitup [DES] xThomahawk for all south NJ info. Alot of Philly comes out since its not too far for them.

Checkout how far you are from local battles http://localbattles.com/about-cyber-cafes/, We just started doing weekly MK sessions there every Friday night 7-3am. Going to start a separate thread for it. If u don't mind driving an hour+, u will atleast get 8 hours of play in for it.

They are also having the tourney on 7/22 which its looking like it could be a shark tank full of killers the week b4 EVO. Last chance to lvl up to bring it home for the east coast in MK!

I live in Penns Grove south jersey and i play local matches about 3 to 4 times a week with a couple of people in the area. We spar alot in Mortal Kombat and this year we are going to start traveling to tournaments. If anybody wants to have a couple sessions every week or so leave a comment or PM me on my profile.
Areas that i won't mind driving to are:

Delaware
Atlantic City
Maryland (sometimes lol)
Salem
Camden
Swedesboro
Cumberland
Paulsboro
