Most likely it's Captain Cold because he's Flash's foe and shoots at Flash, but might be Mr. Freeze, or even just Superman's breath. So what other characters in the DCU have icy powers?

I think Captain Cold would be awesome! Mr. Freeze would be equally awesome, I love both the characters, I would be fine with either!

I wish it was Mr Freeze, but it probably is Cap Cold. Hopefully 52 Cold, he's boss as all hell
