This was a global tournament hosted by Namco in which qualifiers were held in various different countries. These winners then went to Seoul, South Korea to duke it out in pools, to top 8, to finally the championship. Credit to all who qualified.

MVP of the tournament in my opinion:
AK - This 13 year old kid was a pure beast. Defeating Help-me twice and eliminating him from the tournament, he was definitely a fan favorite. Even the Korean spectators rooted for him despite him being from the Philippines. A truely amazing feat by such a young prodigy.
