I think(even though im not defending NRS) what they were trying to go for with Raven look. I was actually reading this about a month ago

Lol we are actually pretty lucky Raven doesn't look exactly like she does in that last pic. No non-hooded Raven NRS Plz! I think her new 52 look is what we actually need now that we know NRS doesn't plan on giving her a normal face or voice.
