I actually like Raven's skin! I think she looks quite different from both of her skins in the game right now. It's just kind of strange that her hood doesn't have more of a raven's beak shape? I'm thinking it's just the angle, though; the shadow over her eyes kind of has the shape. I'm still gonna wait to see it in game before I buy it.

She totally reminded me a little of Sheeva, too! That's the first thing I thought.

I never had an issue with Sheeva's face and look, it fully shows that she is a strong competant female, her vistory stance even further solidifies that concept, but Raven is half demon(which I feel is what they were trying to pull off) and in thus far every iteration I have seen of her is that her face looks female and is attractive. Her IGAU look is just too far on the masculine side.
