[Tech] Black Canary Vortex

Alright so if you do combos that keep the opponent standing, you can put them in a vortex. After you come down from a J1, delay the 21 (or 24) string slightly. They block the first hit but have to guess the next.

This has been known already and is posted in about 2-3 different threads already. Just in a different way of utilizing it. But cool stuff either way. Mind if it's added to the canary community tech spread?
