Yes, of course. I dont even think that she is bottom tier but her strengths arent very good. When her strengths are overexaggerated, it becomes annoying
don't know about this one, but i do know that the Sonya B1 and Sub Zero B2 is slowed down and is not nerfed. they slowed down the videos to show the moves better. so this Hype of Mixups being nerfed i do not think is warranted. I know some are claiming it must because there character: Reptile/Quan Lost Armor/Mixup but i think they just toning down certain characters tools and possibly giving other types of buffs. like Quan probably getting better zoing and being forced to play Keep out by removing Overhead. and Reptile is probably getting other space control tools, and has plenty of launchers left.
