It also looks like they made her outfit more of yellow-y gold than the originals more muted gold color. Can anyone maybe get a bigger picture of her?

Wow. You guys can't accept your character if they have a different skin colour? If you really love your character you really wouldn't care about that. For example if Fujin suddenly turned black I wouldn't be mad and say that's not Fujin or they ruined him, in fact that'd actually be pretty hype :DOGE

Yeah, it really seems like it's more yellow-y haha not sure if I like this approach, since the other was more sober and matched the game's mood better.

And about the skin color, I was already getting used to the new Tanya to be honest, but since they changed it, I guess that's great! Just can't wait to see how all of her colors are gonna blend with the game's lighting :D

well thats good for you but representation is important and white washing is a problem in general. We the people got what we wanted because we cried out for justice :mad::mad::mad::mad::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool:. I was accepting it but i'm more then happy they listened. Accepting a character for what they are now is different then what they should of been from the start. I don't think anyone here wasn't gonna play here because of the lighter skin change.

I'm not TOTALLY sold on the new look, i'll need to see more pics or some in-game shots. I thought that the original version looked really good and was more than happy with it but I like the new one as well. She does look more like the old school Tanya than before...I will admit that.

whitewashing aside, what they originally showed was not good at all just some girl with heavy makeup.

coming from someone who never really cared about her before, the white eyes convey a sense of mysterious power and the darker skin just makes that stand out even more. she looks intimidating and important now rather just a generic Egyptian girl.

that was bugging me for a long time. why would a game as politically correct as MKX whitewash a character? to make matters even more confusing NRS is an american company the fact they even risked such a thing in this time of racial tension is beyond me. i know why Japan does it, but for NRS i cant think of any logical reasoning.
