Swapping Perspective: What's the best Fighter for every Kameo?

As the title says, on which base character can which kameo shine the most and utilize their full potential? Sorry if you came here expecting answers, i dont have them. But I'm curious what people think. i personally don't think one-trick-pony builds like Darrius/Reiko are optimal.
