Tech Swamp walk wiffs if b+13 is timed correctly

I didn't know that b13 did this but I've known for some time that 223 does.

It's because after the first hit GL is considered airborne so grabs will whiff. GG grundy.

I dont know about him being airborn cause if it is mis-timed (too early or too late) you get grabbed, so he is only airborn for like 1-2 frames? lol
