tier lists in MK should be like that:
Need to Nerf:
Keep the same:
Need to Buff:

Because our fighting game have a tool to be modified that no ones have. They have to make a entire different game.

When you put it that way, I can't argue with you, Tom. Cuz I agree 100%. My top tier is not exactly those 4, but it includes some of those characters.
