Yeah, that is good! I wrote about this in Summoner section before. The thing is in order for this to be a true blockstring you need to do something like:
b2xxClose Rune, Rising Demon, 14xxMb Rune,14xxMb Rune, 14xxMb Rune... I think you will gain enough meter to do the 4th 14xxMb Rune
You CAN armor out or backdash f212 after a MB rune, and in between b32 and MB rune, so you can only do overheads here. So in order for this to be a true blockstring you can't do mix ups here.
You also have to start with b2 to make sure the opponent is blocking standing in the beginning of the blockstring, so that the 14 string can connect (1 is a high). It has been discussed in Sorcerer section as well because it is essential for his Rune Trap
In the gif, the Sub Zero is set to reversal Ex Slide, and can't for the whole duration of the blockstring. I have heard about the AI in practice mode bugging out but Im pretty sure this isn't a case of that. The Low Puggles swipe hits inbetween the first Mb Rune and second f212 meaning that there is no frame gap and f212xxmbRune can be used twice in the blockstring allowing for enough meter to be built to do another repetition. In other words, the puggles swipe will jail the opponent long enough for you to hit them with an uninterruptable f212 which wouldn't usually be possible.
The inputs would be something like this: F212xxMbRune,LowPuggleSwipe,RunCancelxxF212xxMbRune,RunCancelxx14xxMbRune, etc.
You could also not send in Puggles after the first rune and do this instead:
F212xxMbRune,RunCancelxx14xxMbRune,LowPugglesSwipe,RunCancelxxF212xxMbRune which is a variant on the first blockstring I showed.
A 50/50 could possibly be added after each mb rune but if a 50/50 is attempted and blocked it then gives the opponent a chance to armour out of it, however if no 50/50s are used it is indeed a true blockstring.
Also something important to note is that if you run cancel quickly inbetween a MbRune and 14 it will jail, you just have to run cancel perfectly. I think I may have heard Ketchup discuss this in his newer Sorceror rune trap video, as I play Sorceror too.
Love it! Gonna play with this
Thanks Dink! Means a lot from the Quan Father!
