There are no unlockable chars unfortunately, surely they would have been found or datamined by now? And people have been everywhere in the Krypt already too.

Reptile, if he's in the game, would be in the Bottom of the Pit.
Which only exists in the Krypt but there are chests down there. Chances are you have to do something when you see the thing fly in front of the moon at a specific time to unlock him.

The game is connected to the server perpetually. Could easily be hidden DLC that your client only downloads directly from the server if you met its eligibility.

Even that command would need a code in game that probably'd be already datamined by now.

If they truly want to surprise us it has to be added in one of their updates.
