So along with Fujin, Ash & Sheeva appearing in the data again since the latest update, there's been another: ROB. The obvious answer and sentiment around the web is that it refers to Robocop, a 2nd guest, completing the KP2 with 4 characters. Now aside from Robocop being an awful guest since he would be another Terminator failure waiting to happen given the lack of diversity in terms of gameplay, why does NRS insist on adding these things when they could easily wait until after a trailer is dropped...

As long as Ash and Robocop are better than Spawn I fuck with it

Robocop is sick guys. I get that people would rather have MK characters, but tbqh most of the MK roster after 3 is full of chumps. I'd rather have Quan Chi or Bo Rai Cho minus the poopoopeepee. But I really dont have a problem with the guest characters since they're generally handled really well

I would rather Doom Slayer, but Ash is FAR better than Robo cop IMO

I've wanted Ash since Yoda and Vader in Soul Calibur so when he got replaced by Joker I got pretty sad. I also never got the chance to main Leatherface so I want that chainsaw shit

assuming you played the new doom how did you like it? I thought the fact they added some backstory was great... The fact that it was so different than normal hero backstory also made me lul(random dude shows up in hell screaming "MEAT MEAT RIP THEM APART"thus given super powers from some mysterious character never to be seen again.)

Robocop would be to Terminator what Leatherface was to Jason, it's a similar theme, there are so many cool MK characters to revisit, this guest overdose is kinda tiring, at some point they will have to run out of guests...

Robocop also could fit Injustice series easily.

Not yet but I watched MKICE&FIRE show the cut scenes EPIC
And from H20 delirious and crew The multiplayer is extremely fun looking

I don't see any functionality that Doom Slayer could offer that Ash wouldn't. Chainsaw and shotgun? Ash could also bring in The Necronomicon, Deadites, his transformation, and Bruce himself.

Also on the subject of Robocop I'm thinking about it and I think they could make the same character but with more functionality if it was Judge Dredd. I'm really hoping they give Robocop some kind of armor mechanic, or like a tracking projectile or something. Robocop shooting under his arm without looking while getting shot from all sides is who he is and they need some kind of representation of that

I remember suggesting some kind of stance for Term where he walks forward and is immune to projectiles so something like that, but he really needs to be slow and plodding overall. We honestly need a character like that considering Kotal, Shao, Term, and Spawn all wavedash like they got propellers in their ass.

Chances are though his base kit will get a projectile, a combo ender, and some kind of neutral control tool. Then his variations will be a mixup one, a zoning one, and one with a launcher and some kind of match control tool
