Raph got toned down a bit
Ivy got a tap on the wrist
Talim is still flying under the radar.
Nightmare & Sieg lost reverse flapjack ringouts for whatever reason.

Believe X got some buffs

X got some hella nerfs too.

And Yoshi....one lucky muthafucka who barely got touched. If anything, his crazy ass got BUFFED!

I like the notation format. Having buff and nerf arrows is very readable.

I clearly don't know what is good and bad. Nightmare has been significantly less of a problem for me than Sig, but he's the one that got the business.

Still playing the game a bunch.

Siegfried, Azwel, Ivy, Nightmare and Mina were all on the chopping block and for good reason. Problem is that Azwel and Nightmare got hit hard (maybe too hard, we'll see), while the others didn't get hit hard enough.

Siegfried too could use more toning down, they basically did nothing to him.

Yeah, it depends on the hard numbers, but regardless they went overboard. Why did they nerf his FC1B and 1A? I mean spear mode sucked already.

Also yeah, Groh's buff are so stupid. He didn't need them at all. Plus they didn't touch GIs and REs in the slightest.

Very disappointed in this patch.

I really don't understand Gr0h needing help. Is he bottom tier at high level? I know there are gaps, and he has slow startups, but Low to Mid skill he comes off like a hard hitting whirlybird bird of guessing blade death. Sure seems like a lot of up arrows for anyone to get, and if I was to have to guess at who would get that many, I wouldn't have guessed right.

Notes make it look like they are totally happy with where Siegfried is. I don't really get to make any calls about what is or isn't balanced, but he is the first character in any game ever where I've gotten bodied and been like "something feels wrong with this."

It's whatever. Won't affect me much. I'm going to keep playing, at least until DOA6 drops. I do kind of miss Tekken at times, but this game is more digestible to me. Bring on 2B.

The only thing i find weird is that Ivy didn't get nerfed more, same thing with Mina and Siegfried.

I also think that Azwel got exactly what was expected. I just thought Ivy and Mina would get nerfed to the same level as he did.

Groh buffs are dumb, not needed at all.

Da fuck you mean they did nothing!? They did ALOT! They took not only damage but pressure to his BEST MOVE IN SOUL CHARGE! THAT WAS MY ONLY REASON TO GO INTO SOUL CHARGE WITH SIEG! His 3B, k (Base Hold K) where he runs with the sword is now gonna cause less damage, scale in combos, cause less guard break guage, and even if it guard breaks the next move will scale as well. They FUCKED his whole Soul Charge plan! And why in the hell would they nerf his low throw!? Are u kidding me? They did some dumb unnecessary nerfs to Sieg.

I think I get more damage out of people not knowing they are negative after blocking blue lightning than anything. I'm not sure anyone below C Ranks seem to have figured that one out.

A 6GB update just started. I guess the patching has started

This better be a patch glitch, but now I can't access the network for "inappropriate behavior." I can't even fathom what would get me that.

I'm going to give it a little time before getting pissed. I will be if it turns out not to be happening to everyone.

Reports are pouring in on Steam. PS4 I can still get online after patching. Steam only issue it looks like.

Steam version was rolled back for now. People are back in, but are not on the newest version yet.

Damn. Ive got a message from Discord saying ppl were getting banned for going online with the new version. Steam always seem to have problems...

As much as I wanted PW to win Linkorz played out of his mind the whole tourney and definitely deserved it. Top 8 was hype with the exception of (I think it was) Kinetic Clash trying to RO every time. Dude literally ran to the edge every match with Ivy and just stood there waiting to RO, so fucking lame. Boom and KP were tearing into him, it was hilarious. Shen Yuan's Fried was crazy also. Great tournament either way. I stayed up way too late and got up way too early for work and now I'm useless. Getting old sucks.

3 Ivys and 2 Siegs, not that great of a showing balance wise. Whoazz'd Raphael was something special to watch though.

Anyway, after looking into the future, the top 3 post patch will be:
3. Sieg
2. Ivy
1. Groh

I wish i was watching all the awesomeness of NEC instead of Capcuck Cup. From the little i saw, there was an Asatorth against Ivy, i think his name was Link? But HOLY SHIT that match was awesome if you saw the Pools.

I really hope she actually comes out on time. After this bullshit with players getting banned randomly online, i hope it doesn't push 2B back.

Well I've tried the patch and Azwel's fine. I think he's in a good place now actually. His 6B change is atrocious though.

I tested Raphael as well and I like his changes, can't say the same for Groh though. The anime asshole is broken as hell.

Tried out a bit of Sieg and the nerfs arent that bad, its just I cant cheese out nobody with my Soul Charge anymore lol But his damage of Base Hold K is the same (thank goodness) but he cant guard crush easily which was part of his Lethal Hit game. He aight i guess.

Been wanting to try Groh even before the patch so hes next on my list ;)

If ya haven't heard 2B is out for Steam but still not on PS4....damnit.
