it should be this week when Jason becomes available to the masses who didn't purchase the Kombat pack, but don't quote me on it.

As for Klassic it will probably be revealed once they do the Tanya or tremor patch I'm not sure which one has Sonya's Klassic skin, I think its Tanya.
