After Scorpions F21 Teleport vortex setup, if you immediately try to go for an overhead or a F4 low attack, the game thinks its a combo because you are on so much frame advantage even though it doesn't scale it as a combo. What this means is the game allows the opponent to breaker the B2 or F4 as if it was a combo, even though it isn't. So this could be a cool way to let someone waste their meter as Scorpion. This is akin to Cage after doing his Nut Punch. You can breaker the next hit after the Nut Punch because you are on so much frame advantage and the game thinks it's a legit hit.
