This may be old news but....
Did you know Skarlet can throw medium, low and high blood ball?
Throw a blood ball and hold up: it goes in an up arc, like Johnny Cages. Hold down and you'll throw one at their feet.
Using this is highly risky but it was something I found out by pure accident in the lab just now.
EDIT: Easier to chip someone out if they are cornered and you throw a low ball or using a high ball on people that like jumping away a bit too much. I know it's slow but this might be good to use on characters that like jumping and throwing mid-air projectiles?
