When online, some characters definitely elevate. It's near impossible to punish Reptile's dash online, especially if the connection is not amazing. Same for Raiden and teleport shenanigans. (Or maybe I'm just deficient there)

I'm not sure making some sort of online-only tier list, but things definitely shift around.
