As for the Lex vs Zod example, ehhh... you kinda have to chalk that up to Lex being a badly designed character to begin with.
What's truly badly designed is air-to-air (?) projectile locking down grounded character.
I can see why some people can dislike Lex, but I think I can bet this has nothing to do with his hitbox being the size of Canada and other things relevant to his performance against IAZB.
Yet another anti-zoning thread by another whining scrub...
Just another day on TYM.
Bringing up any balance complaint is technically scrubby behavior for that matter. But for some reason people just won't drop those talks. I wonder why.
The problem with IAFBs is they are so difficult to execute and so few players can do them, that NRS seems to forget they are a thing that needs to be balanced in the first place.
NRS games don't live enough for people to seriously consider putting what counts for effort in other FG communities. Obviously, by the time IAFBs start being a problem nobody cares because NRS is about to release another game, so neither players nor game designers truly care in the end.
That said, some things translate from one NRS game to another to some extent, so it probably won't stay like that forever.
Sounds like some of you just play rushdown characters and want an easier time getting in.
Sounds like some of you just play zoning characters and want an easier time flowcharting opponent away
And so begins the Instant-air projectile scare of pre-release MKX.....
It doesn't matter tbh because NRS guys like IAFBs and probably will add them anyways.
