Should Damage Scaling allow Geyser a second AMP?


So I was practicing Geyser, UP-Down-F, 11, F13, Geyser in the lab, and noticed I still had one offense bar left after amplifying the first Geyser but noticed the second Geyser in the combo could not be amplified regardless, due to general combo limitations. I think its like that for all characters not being able to AMP more than once in the same juggle? I can't remember but I'm just imagining thd second Geyser being AMPed so I can go in with J1 then DB1 :p
