SF3: 3rd Strike input shortcut help

I googled the shite out of this and I couldn't find anything.

How do you hit-confirm the cr.Short , cr.Short xx Super and cr.Short , cr.Jab , cr.Short xx Super?

For the ShortShort, standing position I do D+LK , DF , F , D+LK , DF , F (HC here) xx SA but I can't pull it off from a crouching position.

And for the Short,Jab,Short I just can't for the life of me do it.


And while I'm at it, how do you fight Urien's Aegis Reflector? No work-around but to block?

For short, short, super, even if you're buffering the motion, you can simply not complete the super input, if the first short is blocked.

As for Aegis, the best way is not to get hit into any of the setups. Any legit Aegis setups lead into the unblockable.
