I just noticed something, there are several ways to beat Seth easy in any difficulty. With guile you can keep doing flash kicks over and over 1st and 2nd matches. You'll get in trouble trust me, but if you can time him you can nail lots of flash kicks right away after he gets up. Sometimes he might uppercut or teleport but jump back and hold down and proceed with the flash kicks. Not sure if it makes sense I'll try to upload the video showing how sometime. I did it and it saved me alot of time. I bet each character has their own method to beat easy. I also beat Seth with Ryu by jumping back and forth kicking him and uppercutting. Of course don't forget the ultra finishers
