The 3rd DLC character for Injustice: Gods Among Us, Scorpion now has some concept art for fans to see. While many questioned his new look while others loved it, here's a look at the beginning stages of Hanzo's (Scorpion's real name) Injustice look. He was designed by DC Comic's very own Jim Lee.

It's obvious they've been working on having him in the game from the start, how did so many of you guys not see this coming lol

It still isn't.

They could have put Ryu in this game, it wouldn't make it a street fighter game.

I wish they'd kept him looking as lithe as he does in the concept art. Scorpion doesn't need to be so beefy.

Should have kept some of the stronger flourishes, too.

Really cool to see how Jim Lee stylizes more when doing sketch work and roughs over finished print material.

I guess 1 mk character means this is an mk game, and the other 20-something dc characters are just guest characters...?

Nah, that's just how the quote was interpreted back in the day when he said it- made people think there wouldn't be any MK characters. So people that liked that were annoyed when Scorps was leaked and announced, and vice versa. It don't matta.... none of this stuff mattas.
