Does anyone know where the flaming skull is to open it ? There usually around the area the chest is in but I can't find it!?

There's an invisible skull on Scorpion's statue in Warrior's Shrine. Dunno if that's the one you're looking for.

Unless you’re referencing the one near Ermac’s body that’s where rebhanging bodies are
