Hacking communities had already been talking about it days before the list got out. Plus unlike the first list, the second list doesn't have a source code, voice actors, or any other data to back it up. Dozens of experienced hackers have been through the files since then and nobody's found any evidence supporting it.

It looks like someone just looked at the first set of DLC characters and used it as a template for their own predictions.
