Damage. The vortex just doesn't cut it in certain mu's when you have to rely on 4 cycles. Testing damage and also just testing strings, I know that f43 is max damage. 114 is 7(maybe 8?) frames though, and a more reliable punish in some instances.
Probably. The smoke forums have been mostly dead for awhile with tech thrown out here or there. Gen discussion does at least have more back and forth going on when it comes up. When I get a chance I'll mess around with 114 ex tp though. Sounds promising and way more reliable than a f43 starter

Just do the optimal combos listed but start it with 114 and after the spear just end it with something like F43 air throw or DB4 if you don't want to vortex.
Pretty much what he said. I personally do f43 air throw for corner carry since that's the best place for the vortex imo.
How many percent? Meterless? What Is the starter? (Can't see the video :'( )
Not to worry, here are the inputs.
In the video I used 111 as a starter, and it does 21%, usually did 20%
It is a combo after hit confirm b21 spear.

He's just trolling. Take a look at this video. They're organized and some of the combos start with different starting moves. Some of them do have the EX Tele. I saw one of these combos starting with EX Tele being 44%.
That's my BnB. If your timing is good you can EX teleport, EX Teleport~uppercut but that's like just frame.
