does anybody here know if the reptilian elbow (enhanced elbow dash) jails on block? cause if you can then 3,2,1 pressure can be more flexible with different mix ups. Cause ive been with reptile in practice mode with infinite meter and not even an expert computer could get out for the majority of the time. it appears to me tht a fast, well timed, standing 1 can get out. although i havent fully tested it.

8 or 9 frames depending on how close you are to the opponent when the dash is used.
