Good games. I just strated using Quan a few days ago (Had no clue about his mix ups until after practice) and he is so crazy (cheap to others lol). His mix up game is better then how it was in MKA.

Plus I hate Reptile so sorry bro but I was rooting for Reo lol.

If Bradys opinion was that Quan Chi was A+ tier then everyone would be talking about what a great character with great, hit confirmable strings into trance he has. How difficult he is to play against and all the potential he has in the hands of a great player...Instead Brady says Quan is bottom tier. So REO just bodied a very good player using an S tier character because of "gimmicks"? I dont buy it and I dont buy that Quan Chi is any less than upper mid tier.

I'll pm you tonight the info I collected on quan chi. i plan on doing this with every character when the patch comes it'll be from a sindel player perspective but still decent info.

Well, you already know that u+3~b,f+3 is extremely unsafe. Stand alone b,f+3 should be punishable by Reptile's b,f+2 (whiffs), b,f+2 (connects). I believe it is that horrible. d,b+3 (land in front) is also punishable by Reptile's b,f+2 if you can react to it. Skull Ball's recovery is very fast. Better than Kano's Knife, in fact. So, Quan Chi wins the projectile war. It's best to approach Quan Chi carefully, knock him down, and never let him go. His only wake up attack is d,b+3 (Sky Drop) which is terrible.

I only watched like 2 matches but wouldn't ex fast and slow balls help get momentum on the screen against that fast projectile? Even if it trades you get a knockdown. That should help close the distance. I just saw so much unused meter in the matches I watched.

GGs THTB. You need to rush Quan Chi more, he has no defense up close at all, especially when knocked down since he has only one wake-up move which is very risky.

I play at least every other day online and once a week off-line at most. So yeah, it might sound crazy that I'm not on this game 24/7 like a druggie on crack but it is what it is. I just understand the basics of the game better than most I guess, that and this game is pretty simple.
