Many brutalities are like this, was not aware of b111+3 having also having this requirement though, tbh I don't have most unlocked, haha. That's too bad.

Yeah I noticed you can't do it during a combo only if you end the match with the b11 1+3 string only no combo added

Out of curiosity, is this "not in combo" or "grounded only"? I mean, you can do stuff like starter~LRC, b111+3

The game seems to prevent you from cancelling db1 after doing fatal damage to the opponent, so this would only help if they have pretty much the exact health needed for you to kill them, or close to it.
