This is from the starting / reset position with displacer or MOS. (MOS is trickier, since some imperfect inputs come out as static traps).
The combo is 56% in Thunder God (replacing f+2,2+4 with f+2,4) until I can find a replacement. I think you can use b+1,4 as a filler instead of f+2,2+4 for about the same damage, but it requires a run cancel after the up + 2 slam.
