Question - Raiden Raiden costume from story mode trailer

Probably from a flashback explaining the talisman since Shinnok is an active antagonist in the game story. Looks just like his MK1 costume. Hopefully we get it as an alternate.

Its weird that they didn't use a more MK9-ey version, but I guess they did the same thing in MK9 when everybody in the Armageddon flashback is wearing MK9 clothes.

I suppose plot wise there's never actually been an explanation for why anyone changes clothes all the time, except a few rare cases like Dark Raiden and Sub.

I like this costume. It fits his character. I hope all the classic costumes are mk1 throwbacks
