Question Quanchi Skeletal Boost move?

I was playing with quanchi and i notice Quanchi Skeletal Boost move sometimes boost Damage and sometimes Boost health anyone here happen with this?

when i played against Stryker he always performed boost damage and against J.cage,liu kang and kunglao he performed Boost health

It is seemingly random on whether you get boost damage or health. EX Skeletal Boost grants both damage and health at once.

Perhaps the game repeatedly landed you on damage when you fought Stryker, and boost health when you fought Cage, Liu, and Lao.

It's completely random btw it won't be character specific. But maybe you were just lucky/unlucky depending on what you wanted lol if you kept getting the same one.
