Check it out. Noticed this in the Metropolis Museum area, on the left side of the stage.

Managed to get a close-up shot of it by doing the stage transition over there and then quickly pausing the game. Here's a side by side with Quan Chi's MKvsDC render.

It was originally Shinnok's, but now Quan is the current ownwer of it thus Quan's amulet.

How about you get off your high horse and lose the attitude? My point is that it belongs more to Quan Chi at this point than Shinnok, where even as recent as MKA calls it Quan Chi's amulet.
