No, Grandmaster SubZero beats Pyromancer strongly. She cannot run away, her fireballs are too slow to keep up, run away fireball gets punished by slide so does the air fireball. The only option for pyromancer in this match up is to hope to get dust on and then mix him up. It is a very struggling matchup for Tanya.

I agree 100% with this assessment. I think by far that the biggest headache is his slide. She can't zone, or control the pace of the match. Clone isn't too rough since Tanya has great mobility--it's hard to jail her in comparison to most. Even with that though, he can close gaps on her very easily.

However, I will say it's a bit easier now since EX Dust can break (and dust) his EX Slide with that extra armor frame. Yippee!
