I have been trying to figure out a hard to blockable vortex with Cyrax and this is the best I can come up with. The first hard to block setup is guaranteed HTB while all the ones after are psuedo HTBs.
xx - Cancel
NJP - Neutral Jump Punch
ex - Enhanced
TR - Tech Roll
FD - Forward dash
WB - Walk back
RC - Run Cancel
BJK - Backward Jump Kick
