was doing online practice.
And he did a meaty setup

And the ground spark hit me even thought I was blocking low!? Something for yall Nw players to experiment with

Maybe somehow it's a crossup ground spark, the problem is it only leads to an extra 8%, but it does leave them standing if it hits

Crossups dont matter when you are blocking low in this game

I'm pretty sure he already posted this one just not alot of people saw it.

What most probably happened is that you were crouching and your finger went a little bit to left or right, so you were actually holding either down+forward or down+backward.
When you do that your character will crouching but actually blocking back not down.

Go ahead and test it, hold back+down and try to block a low move. You'll see your character crouching but he won't be blocking low.
