Possibility of MK9 at Final round? Who's going to Winter Brawl for MK9?

I'm considering travelling from the UK to enter a tournament in the U.S for MK9 and was wondering if anyone knew if there was a chance of it being at final round this year, as it's not on the list of games confirmed. If MK9 isn't at final round, I'm thinking about going to winter brawl for it. Could people please post if they plan on playing MK9 at winter brawl this year, as I'm interested who and how many people will be going. I'm fully aware of the fact that MK9 is pretty dead and not taken any where near as seriously as it used to. However, I've never been to a tournament and really want to go for the experience, as I plan on travelling to the states for some MKX tournaments.

Any replies will be greatly appreciated.

I would highly recommend just saving your money and waiting til MKX comes out, then coming to ECT or TCW (A new major in May) your experience will be better tenfold.
