PlayStation Classic Announced - Brand New Original PS1 Controllers!

This was announced a couple of hours ago:

The interesting part for me in there is that we can now have brand new original PS1 controller replicas, which use a USB port - that might work natively on PS4 without any converters and would be great IMO. DS1 and DS2 are great controllers but it's difficult and very expensive to get new original ones, so this is great news.

I doubt they'll sell them separately though so you might end up paying $100 for 2 controllers.

God! I am tired of my PS4 controllers’ D-pad getting messed like up every 2-3 month, good thing I learnt how to fix it but PS4 pads suck in comparison to PS1 and PS2

Really hoping for the original Jade Cocoon. It’s not a super popular game so I HIGHLY doubt it’ll make it, but I don’t think it’ll be worth getting without it.

edit: i would not be too optimistic with ps1 replica pads though
