Now that the game has been out and patched. My top teams are: ( in order of who I think is best.)
Reptile and Smoke
Cyber sub -zero and Noob Saibot
Ermac and Sector
Shang Tsung and Cyrax
Sub-zero and Raiden
Scorpion and Nightwolf
Liu Kang and Jax

Those are my top teams so far. More could change in the future.

I don't really do teams unless I'm forced to in Story/Challenge Tower. I've used Ketchup/Mustard (trophy) and Sonya/Jax just becuase they seemed to belong together.
